Buying guidance

What buyers should align first

What shapes buying speed is rarely a single price point. It is whether specification, window, and fulfillment conditions are aligned early.

01

Confirm the buying objective

Clarify market, channel, and buying cadence before moving deeper into the line.

02

Lock the specification and pack

Bring form factor, size, and pack format into the same early discussion to avoid quote churn.

03

Check logistics and documents

Validate cold-chain, timing, and market requirements before committing the route.

04

Submit the formal inquiry

Once the brief is clear, the inquiry desk can respond against a more executable scenario.

West Lake Longjing is China's most recognized green tea, protected by geographical indication and defined by four characteristics: flat, smooth leaves; pale green-yellow liquor; chestnut-like aroma; and a clean, lingering sweetness. This program sources from tea gardens in Meijiawu village, within the designated West Lake core production zone in Hangzhou.

Leaves are hand-picked during the pre-Qingming spring window, when amino acid concentration is highest and astringency lowest. Processing follows traditional pan-firing and flat-pressing technique. The finished leaf is graded as premium spring grade.

Two commercial formats are available: a 250 g nitrogen-flushed tin at USD 72 and a 1 kg foodservice pouch at USD 118. Both are direct-order products with published reference pricing, origin documentation, and sample availability for qualified buyers.
